You have 14 days from the date of payment confirmation to pick up your purchase. After 14 days your purchase will be returned to the floor for resale. No refunds/exceptions.

You may return new items within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or account credit ONLY. Returns must be accompanied with packing slip/physical receipt/virtual receipt and tags. Items returned must be in new condition, free of odor/scents, free of pet hair, and unworn. All hats/hair accessories, bralettes, custom items, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
